AVIATION SUMMER CAMPS 2021

Aviation Summer Camps are back this year! The Jim & Jan Bohannon Aviation Summer Camp will take place July 13-14 for ages 10-17 and the Bob & Cara Pitchford Aviation Summer Camp will take place July 15-16 for ages 10-adult! Held at the Bowling Green-Warren County Regional Airport and conducted by the Aviation Museum of Kentucky, this camp gives students the opportunity to learn about aviation related topics such as aircraft instruments, aircraft design, aeronautical maps, aviation careers, flight simulators, NASA space, and even gives students a chance to fly a real airplane with an FAA Certified Flight Instructor! Both camps offer the same curriculum.

Please return paper applications and checks to the Bowling Green – Warren County Regional Airport at 1000 Woodhurst Dr. Suite 210, Bowling Green, KY 42103. Deadline to apply is June 29, 2021, however, if both camps fill up before then, registration will close. IMPORTANT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Make checks payable to the Aviation Museum of Kentucky. Be sure to circle which camp date you prefer on the application and be sure to sign the “signature of parent or guardian” spot, even if you are an adult attending camp. To apply for a scholarship, please fill out the scholarship application AND a camp application. If you are applying for a scholarship, you cannot apply online. Return scholarship and camp applications to the address above.
